Gems are the slow currency. They pay for ability rolls. They are not the currency on the Cash pusher button, and the Robux store cards for auras and trails do not show a Gem price.
Where Gems come from
- Drops while you clear the platform.
- The Gem Dealer, by selling spare items. No price list for that dealer was published.
- Codes. The confirmed code is
2KCCUfor 5 Gems. - The collection index, the first time a rarity is credited. The September 30 catalog lists 1 Gem for Rare, 5 for Epic, 15 for Legendary, 30 for Godly, and 50 for Secret, and none for Common. A September 28 rebirth article instead puts first discoveries in the top tail around 50 to 250 Gems. Keep the per-tier table as the specific catalog, and treat 50 to 250 as a conflicting range rather than a second set of prices.
- Robux gem packs exist in gameplay. One session tried to buy 100 and then could not find them. No stable pack price is listed here.
What a Gem roll can give you
| Ability | What it does | Reach for it when |
|---|---|---|
| Conveyor | Lays a one-way band that carries items toward the Void while you stand still | You want the platform to clear without constant pushing |
| Golden Conveyor | Wider, higher-value version of that band | Conveyor is already your clear and you want the same loop to pay more. It is a Robux pass or an extremely rare roll |
| Wave | A wide burst that clears a band of a stacked pile | The front of a wall will not move |
| Gust | A straight line of items blown into the Void | Items are strung out, not piled |
| Magnet | Pulls scattered items toward the pusher face | You keep missing pieces at the sides |
| Dash | A short dash out of a pin | Items have stuck you in place |
| Prospector | Raises rare items and Gems. It does not move anything | Gems are the bottleneck and the index has stalled |
Roll odds, pity, and exact cooldowns are not published. A rarity tier can show on the wheel after a roll. Any page that prints exact percentages is ahead of the game. Reports that Conveyor lasts about six seconds at about 35 Studs/s, or that Prospector is +45% rare items, sit in that bucket. Read the duration on the ability you rolled.
An active ability has downtime. Between casts you are pushing by hand again. Wave covers a band, not the whole platform. Prospector does nothing for throughput unless something else is moving items.
Roll, save, or Rebirth
- Close to a Rebirth you can rebuild: take the Rebirth. It is a permanent Luck step. A roll is a random draw.
- Index stalled and no Gems coming in: roll, and hope for Prospector if Gems are the missing piece, or Conveyor if the pile is the missing piece.
- Neither: keep them. Gems are not described as expiring.
Do not spend the first Gems fishing for Dash. It is the mobility roll, and it is described as the one the entry wheel likes to hand out.
Gem shop chances seen in play
September sessions show a gem menu with chances or upgrades named Golden item, Prismatic, Giant, Frozen, Corrupted, gem drop chance, gem multiplier, extra luck, and speed. Frozen was taken to a max in one late run, and Corrupted was called out as the expensive next step. No full price table was readable. Gameplay also shows auras bought with Gems, including a player reading a 2500% income boost on the first one. That is one screen, not a catalog of every aura.
A thinner guide disagrees
One overview says Gems buy the next pusher tier and pay for Rebirths. The store cards, the Cash width upgrade, and the Steel pusher spec do not say that. Follow the Cash button for width and the Gem wheel for abilities unless your own Shop shows a Gem price on a pusher.
